改革开放以来,社会组织作为社会治理主体逐渐受到党和政府的重视。近年来,社会组织在广度上、深度上亦有延展,使之融入社会进步的主流进程,呈现出成为与国家体系、市场体系交相辉映的公民社会体系的趋势。该文以X市X区诸注册社会组织为研究对象,引入“个人信息指标对于群体认知均值的贡献度——期均差”的概念,分析社会组织社会资本的现状以及影响因素,从理论与实践的角度为社会组织社会资本培育提出合理性建议。
Since the reform and opening up, social organizations as the main body of social governance gradually by the party and government attention. In recent years, the social organizations have also expanded in breadth and depth to integrate them into the mainstream process of social progress, showing a trend of becoming a civil society system that is compatible with the national system and the market system. In this paper, the registered social organizations in X District of X City are taken as the research object, the concept of “individual information index contributes to the perceived average value of groups - the average of all periods” is introduced, and the current situation and influential factors of social organization social capital are analyzed. Put forward reasonable suggestions for cultivating social capital in social organizations from the perspective of theory and practice.
