脐尿管腺癌是罕见的恶性肿瘤,在所查的国内外文献中,迄今约140例。我院泌尿科1954～1983年共收治膀胱肿瘤452例,有脐尿管腺癌3例及原发膀胱腺癌5例,两者占1.74％。由于两者均发生在膀胱,均属腺癌,故过去文献常作为一个疾病讨论,但实际上,从胚胎发生学、解剖学、临床表现及预后方面比较,
Ureteral adenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor. In the literature reviewed at home and abroad, there have been about 140 cases so far. In urology department of our hospital from 1954 to 1983, a total of 452 cases of bladder cancer were treated. There were 3 cases of urachal adenocarcinoma and 5 cases of primary bladder adenocarcinoma, accounting for 1.74%. Since both of them occur in the bladder, they are all adenocarcinomas.
