众所周知,累进式切削的模数滚刀同标准滚刀的区别在于部份刀齿既高又窄,并沿螺旋线与标准齿交替分布。图1为累进式滚刀,齿形和切削齿轮时载荷分布图形。
As we all know, progressive cutting hob hob with the standard hob difference is that some of the teeth are both high and narrow, and along the spiral and the standard tooth alternately. Figure 1 shows the load profile of the progressive hob, tooth profile and cutting gear.
