以蕴含特定寓意的字画来装饰门头的习俗是我国民居建筑的文化传统形式之一。由于地域不同,其表现形式与文化主题会出现不同的差异。河南省巩义市河洛镇寺湾村的门头装饰字画是在中原地区特有的历史文化背景下形成的,这种建筑文化形式也能够体现中原地区劳动人民纯朴、浪漫的性格特征,潜含着当地人们审美趋向和风俗信仰。随着时代的变迁,人们的思想观念也在不停转变,门头字画的形式、主题、功用也随之变化。
It is one of the cultural traditional forms of residential architecture in our country to decorate the gate with the calligraphy which contains specific moral meaning. Due to geographical differences, there will be differences between their manifestations and cultural themes. The decorative painting of the head of Siwan Village, Heluo Town, Gongyi City, Henan Province, was formed under the historical and cultural background unique to the Central Plains region. This architectural cultural form can also reflect the simple and romantic character of the working people in the Central Plains, Local people aesthetic trends and customs. With the changes of the times, people’s ideas and concepts are constantly changing. The form, theme and function of the first calligraphy and painting also change.
