初步研究了人胆色素结石和牛黄的药理作用,通过比较,人胆色素结石具有天然牛黄相似的药理作用。两者可抑制小白鼠毛细血管通透性亢进的渗出性炎症;升高麻醉大鼠血压;降低麻醉兔血压,拮抗回苏灵所致的小鼠惊厥。人胆石对离体蛙心有正性肌力作用。
The pharmacological effects of human gallstone pigments and bezoar were studied preliminarily. By comparison, human gallstone pigments have similar pharmacological effects to natural bezoar. Both can inhibit exudative inflammation of capillary hyperpermeability in mice; increase blood pressure in anesthetized rats; decrease blood pressure in anesthetized rabbits and antagonize convulsions in mice caused by sulfasalpin. Human gallstones have a positive inotropic effect on isolated frog hearts.
