软土地区修建高速公路,面临着软基处理深度大、造价高、工后沉降控制困难等需对问题,需进行分析研究,以保证工程方案的安全性、经济型、美观性。根据综合比选,填土临界高度取5m,对软基深度5~12m的路段采用水泥搅拌桩复合地基;对软基深度12~15m的路段采用预应力管桩复合地基;对软基深度大于15m的路段采用桥梁跨越。根据软土地基的特点,桥梁跨越时应考虑合理布设桥涵构造物,对桩基础、扩大基础设计要结合多种因素的思考,使其受力合理。
The construction of expressway in soft soil area is confronted with the problems such as deep processing of soft foundation, high cost and difficulties in post-construction settlement control, etc., and needs analysis and research so as to ensure the safety, economy and aesthetics of the project. According to the comprehensive comparison and selection, the critical height of fill is 5m, and the cement mixing pile composite foundation is used for the sections with the soft foundation depth of 5-12m; the prestressed tubular pile composite foundation is used for the sections with the soft foundation depth of 12-15m; 15m section of the bridge across the bridge. According to the characteristics of soft soil foundation, the bridge span should consider the reasonable layout of bridge and culvert structures, the pile foundation, expanding the basic design to combine a variety of factors, make it reasonable force.
