在新课改的背景下,对于新教师在入职初期所面临的问题,学校党建工作可从以下层面积极参与新教师的专业成长:一是强化校本培训职能,积极开展岗前培训;二是建立新教师外出参加培训的激励机制;三是协助建立校内师徒制,定期开展教学反思活动;四是设置新教师专业发展学校。
