通过专用生物有机肥和饼肥联合使用的大田试验,研究了宛西烤烟烟叶化学成分。研究结果表明:增施生物有机肥能够显著提高土壤供应养分的能力,与常规施肥相比,增施生物有机肥处理的各部位烟叶还原糖、总糖和淀粉的含量更接近优质烟标准,各处理中、下部烟叶还原糖与烟碱比更适宜;并降低烟叶中全氮含量、烟碱含量和氯离子含量等有害因子,可有效改善烟叶品质。
The chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Wanxi was studied through field experiments using a combination of bio-organic fertilizer and cake fertilizer. The results showed that: Compared with conventional fertilization, the application of bio-organic fertilizer could significantly improve the ability of soil to supply nutrients. The contents of reducing sugar, total sugar and starch in all parts of the bio-organic fertilizer application were closer to the quality tobacco standard, In the middle and lower tobacco leaves, the reducing sugar and nicotine ratio were more suitable, and the harmful factors such as total nitrogen content, nicotine content and chloride ion content in tobacco leaves were reduced, which could effectively improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
