丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)是唇形科鼠尾草属植物丹参的主要有效成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化作用,目前主要用于治疗心血管疾病。TanⅡA对多种肿瘤细胞有直接杀伤作用,并可诱导肿瘤细胞分化和凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移,因此TanⅡA作为抗肿瘤药物具有较好的临床应用前景。其抗肿瘤作用机制与抑制DNA合成、抑制端粒酶活性、影响凋亡相关基因、干扰有丝分裂相关蛋白、改变肿瘤细胞表面蛋白的表达等因素有关。
Tanshinone Ⅱ A (Tan Ⅱ A) is the main active ingredient Salvia miltiorrhiza plant, with anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, is currently mainly used for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. TanⅡA has a direct killing effect on a variety of tumor cells, induces differentiation and apoptosis of tumor cells, and inhibits the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. Therefore, TanⅡA has good clinical application prospect as an anti-tumor drug. The anti-tumor mechanism is related to the inhibition of DNA synthesis, inhibition of telomerase activity, apoptosis-related genes, interference with mitosis-related proteins, alteration of tumor cell surface protein expression and other factors.
