中电投宁夏青铜峡能源铝业集团有限公司(简称宁夏能源铝业)是中国电力投资集团公司(简称中电投集团)旗下的二级控股子公司。中电投集团公司是国家直管的大型国有企业,是全国五大发电集团之一,拥有火电、水电、核电、煤炭、电解铝等产业。2008年12月26日,由中电投宁夏能源公司和青铜峡铝业集团有限公司战略重组设立的宁夏能源铝业,全面负责中电投在宁夏项目的投资、建设、发展和生产经营管理。实施战略重组是中电投集团打造宁东产业集群的重要举措,是支撑中电投集团宁东产业集群快速、健康发展的基础,电解铝产业由此进入中电投集团三大主营业务。
CEC Ningxia Qingtongxia Energy Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Ningxia Energy Aluminum) is a second-tier subsidiary of China Power Investment Corporation (referred to as CLP Investment Group). China Power Investment Corporation is a state-owned large state-owned enterprises, is one of the country’s five major power generation groups, with thermal power, water and electricity, nuclear power, coal, electrolytic aluminum and other industries. On December 26, 2008, Ningxia Energy Aluminum Co., Ltd., a strategic reorganization set up by CPI Ningxia Energy Company and Qingtongxia Aluminum Group Co., Ltd., was fully responsible for the investment, construction, development and production, operation and management of CPI in Ningxia. The implementation of strategic reorganization is an important measure for CPI Group to build the Ningdong industrial cluster and the foundation for the rapid and healthy development of the CPI Ning Dong industrial cluster. The electrolytic aluminum industry has thus entered the three main businesses of the CPI Group.
