研究在高压氧气中采用放疗治疗喉癌的功效的工作为数不多。研究此种治疗对机体能量代谢的影响不仅有理论价值,还有实际意义。为此,作者研究了在空气和高压氧气中进行术前放疗的喉癌病人的酵解强度和三磷酸含量,同时研究了放疗引起皮炎的情况下的实验室改变及其意义。作者共研究38名Ⅱ期和Ⅳ期的喉癌病人,年龄为35~67岁,等分成两组:空气中放疗组和高压氧气中放疗组。高压氧气压为3个气压单位。两组人数、年龄、癌的分期及放疗方法相同。放疗后,全部病人接受了手术治疗。分别在放疗前、后检查病人血清中的酵解终末反应指数——乳酸
Studying the efficacy of radiotherapy in the treatment of laryngeal cancer with high-pressure oxygen is rare. Studying the effect of this treatment on energy metabolism of the body is not only of theoretical value but also of practical significance. To this end, the authors studied the glycolytic strength and triphosphate content of laryngeal cancer patients undergoing preoperative radiotherapy in air and hyperbaric oxygen, and studied the laboratory changes and their significance in cases of radiation-induced dermatitis. The authors studied 38 patients with stage II and stage IV laryngeal cancer, aged 35 to 67 years, and divided into two groups: the air-based radiotherapy group and the high-pressure oxygen medium radiotherapy group. The high pressure oxygen pressure is 3 pressure units. The two groups were the same in number, age, staging of cancer, and radiotherapy. After radiotherapy, all patients underwent surgery.
