作为国家级循环经济示范园区的曹妃甸,一系列循环经济产业链项目的谋划、建设、运营为加快海水淡化及综合利用产业化发展提供了很好的范式。后续海水淡化产业的大规模发展还需政府在把曹妃甸打造成为唐山沿海地区海水淡化产业化发展的基地、为海水淡化项目争取税收优惠政策、给予海水淡化企业大用户直购电、对浓海水的综合利用给予一定的政府补贴以及加快完善良性的水价形成机制和适时建立水市场机制等方面给予更多的政策倾斜与扶持。
