目的 探讨玻璃离子水门汀固定平导矫治前牙深覆(牙合)的有效性.方法 选择30例深覆(牙合)患者,应用玻璃离子水门汀固定平导打开咬合,对矫治前后组织变化进行分析比较.结果 L1-MP减小2.03 mm(P＜0.01);U6-PP、L6-MP、GoGn-SN分别增大1.12 mm、0.88 mm、5.38°(P＜0.01).结论 玻璃离子水门汀固定平导能有效矫治前牙深覆(牙合).“,”Objective To investigate the efficiency of fixed glass ionomer cement flat bite plate in deep overbite correction.Methods The study comprised of 30 patients with deep overbite.All patients were treated with fixed glass ionomer cement flat bite plate.The changes before and after treatment were measured and compared.Results After the treatment, L1-MP decreased by 2.03 mm significantly (P＜0.01).U6-PP, L6-MP, GoGn-SN all increased by 1.12mm, 0.88 mm and 5.38 degree, respectively(P＜0.01).Conclusions Fixed glass ionomer cement flat bite plate can effectively correct anterior deep overbite.
