一九八○年,本市召开过第一次科技档案工作会议。八○年以来,本市的科技档案工作取得了很大进展。刚才姜文焜同志在报告中,回顾了八○年以来本市科技档案工作取得进展的四个方面的表现:(一)按专业统一管理科技档案工作的体系已基本形成;(二)科技档案工作已纳入各项管理之中,成为生产管理、技术管理、科研管理的组成部分;(三)加强重大科技项目档案管理取得较明显的效果;(四)开发科技档案信息资源,为各项建设事业服务,发挥了明显的效益。这四方面的表现
