采用自制的改良锥形塑料管作桥式泪道插管术治疗30例单侧下泪小管阻塞．结果：成功24例，好转4例，失败2例．该手术简便，有效，皮肤无疤痕遗留，材料易得．
Thirty patients with unilateral lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with homemade modified conical plastic pipe for bridge lacrimal duct intubation. Results: 24 cases were successful, 4 cases improved and 2 cases failed. The operation is simple and effective, leaving no scar on the skin, easy to obtain materials.
