为了解决在普通车床上成批加工工具锥体,我厂设计制造了一种简易可调靠模板(见图1)。靠模板1的下模板紧固在靠模托架上,托架则固定在床身上。拆除中拖板丝杆,装上轴5,其上装有圆柱压缩弹簧6,弹簧座7穿过轴5并锁紧在中拖板上。将辅助块4紧固在中拖板上,使固定在辅助块上的滚动轴承3终始顶住靠模条2作径向运动。在上、下模板上分别铣出一道纵槽和横槽,并设计上、下两个方滑块1和3,使上模板能在水平面上绕定位柱2任意转动,以微量调节锥度(见图2)。
In order to solve the batch processing tools in the ordinary lathe cone, I designed and manufactured a simple adjustable template (see Figure 1). The lower template by the template 1 is fastened on the model carrier, and the bracket is fixed on the bed. Demolition of the carriage plate screw, fitted shaft 5, which is equipped with a cylindrical compression spring 6, the spring seat 7 through the shaft 5 and locked in the carriage. The auxiliary block 4 is fastened to the carriage so that the roller bearing 3 fixed to the auxiliary block is initially moved radially against the mold strip 2. A vertical groove and a horizontal groove are respectively milled on the upper and the lower mold plates, and two upper and lower square sliders 1 and 3 are designed so that the upper mold plate can rotate around the positioning column 2 in the horizontal plane to adjust the taper slightly (see figure 2).
