本文以政策分析法和文本分析法为主要研究方法,以从美国政府官网所获得的公开政策、报告为主要数据来源,对美国政府电子邮件管理策略和实践现状进行梳理性分析与批判式总结,从中提炼出其对我国政府电子邮件信息管理的有益启示,主要包括在认识上,应高度重视政府电子邮件信息管理及其相关研究的开展;在实践上,应制定推进政府电子邮件信息管理的牵引机制。
In this paper, policy analysis and text analysis as the main research methods, the public policy and report obtained from the US government official website as the main source of data, the United States government e-mail management strategy and practice of the status quo combing analysis and critical summary, From this, it draws out its beneficial enlightenment to the government e-mail information management in our country, mainly including recognizing the importance of government e-mail information management and related research; in practice, drawing on the promotion of government e-mail information management mechanism.
