1989年12月至1993年5月,笔者采用介入放射进行260余人次的造影和治疗。其中肿瘤患者91例,240余人次,非肿瘤患者10例,16人次.虽然例数不多,但这一切都是在本院不具备基本的设备条件——带闭路电视 X 光机,而是用“借鸡下蛋”的办法取得的,就此笔者谈一点体会。一、作者于1987年在上海中山医院放射科进修期间,正逢林贵教授领导的介入放射学治疗中心开展临床应用,作者参加了不少动物实验和临床操作实践,掌握了介入放射的基本技术.回单位后即积极为开展介入放射创造条件四处奔走,然而困难重重,首先是设备问题,我院仅有一台300mA 普通 X 光机,几经努力仍不能解决配备闭路电视问题.我们就利用外院的设备,成功地进行了第一例选择性腹腔动脉造影。
