“判断事故显著减少的统计学方法”一文,曾介绍应用统计学原理而得到的一种判定事故显著减少的图解方法。本文试图通过数学模型分析方法来判定采取某些安全措施(工程或管理方面)后,事故减少的显著性如何,即用定量分析方法证实所采取措施是否是可取的。本文所介绍数学模型的计算结果和图解法的结果基本一致,从而也证明了图解法的由来,在实际应用中也收到了较好的效果。
The article, “Statistical Methods for Determining a Significant Reduction of Incidents,” describes a graphical method for determining significant reductions in accidents that result from the application of statistical principles. This article attempts to determine by mathematic model analysis how to reduce the significance of the accident after taking certain safety measures (engineering or management), that is, to confirm by quantitative analysis whether the measures taken are desirable. The mathematical model presented in this paper is basically consistent with the results of the graphical method, which also proves the origin of the graphical method and has also received good results in practical applications.
