针对橡胶压块机改造试运行期间 ,液压系统的冲击、振动现象 ,分析了其产生原因 ,并提出了在不影响工作效率和不改动原设备硬件配置的情况下 ,以差动联接降压的方法实现了压块机的缓冲 ,并取得了明显的减振效果。
Aiming at the impact and vibration phenomenon of hydraulic system during the trial run of hydraulic briquetting unit, the causes of the impact were analyzed. The reasons for the occurrence of hydraulic briquetting machine were analyzed. The working efficiency and the hardware configuration of the original equipment were not changed. The method achieves the cushioning of the briquetting machine and achieves obvious damping effect.
