本文报告糖尿病患者在人工胰岛β细胞系统控制下静脉滴注精氨酸后对血浆高血糖素分泌反应的影响。10例糖尿病患者中有5例(男3,女2)是发病多年需用胰岛素控制血糖,且尿酮常为阳性的胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者(IDDM);另5例(男4,女1)为用降糖药控制发病及尿酮阴性的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者(NIDDM),病程为1～18年不等。对照组为9名体重正常(在标准体重±10%以内)的健康人。
This article reports the effect of intravenous drip of arginine on plasma glucagon response in diabetic patients under the control of artificial pancreatic β-cell system. Five of the 10 diabetic patients (male 3, female 2) were insulin dependent diabetic patients (IDDM) who were insulin resistant for many years and had positive urinary ketones. The other 5 patients (male 4, female 1) were With hypoglycemic agents to control the onset and urinary ketone negative non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), duration of 1 to 18 years. The control group consisted of 9 normal healthy (within ± 10% of standard body weight) healthy individuals.
