太湖流域综合治理的重点骨干工程为太浦河、望虞河、杭嘉湖南排及环湖大堤 4项工程 ,其工程移民区呈条带状分布 ,搬迁和安置方式基本为就地后靠。在对太湖防洪项目移民安置调查的基础上 ,针对移民安置中出现的主要问题 ,从移民人口素质、移民人口界定以及移民劳动力就业等方面进行了详细的分析和评价 ,并对工程施工中临时借用土地及其复耕处理情况进行了调查和分析 ,介绍了河道工程移民安置的经验和教训。
The key projects for the comprehensive management of the Taihu Lake Basin are the four projects of Taipu River, Wangyu River, Hangjiahu Lake and the Lake Embankment. The resettlement areas of the project are distributed in strip form. The relocation and resettlement approaches are basically on-site. Based on the investigation of the resettlement of the Taihu Flood Control Project, aiming at the main problems in the resettlement, the author analyzes and evaluates the quality of the immigrant population, the definition of the immigrant population and the employment of migrant workers. In addition, The investigation and analysis of the land and the rehabilitation of the reclamation have been carried out. The experiences and lessons learned from the resettlement of the river course have been introduced.
