An ideal leader should be able to use his own wisdom and actions to influence others and mobilize others to work hard. One of the most troubling questions for a boss with a small manufacturer is that workers are accustomed to dropping nuts and bolts and other miscellaneous parts on the floor and no one cares. One day, the owner walked alone to the assembly area in the factory, took out a dime of coins, torn the outer roll of paper and threw it all into the air. The boss watched the coins fall from the air all the way down to every corner of the building, then calmly slowly back to his office. The foreman and the workers were busy picking up the dimes of coins and shaking their heads and sighing: it was so bad that the boss must be insane.
