在西方社会,《圣经》的影响早已超出宗教范围,其教义渗透到社会各阶层,本文将从《圣经》及其承载的文化对英语学习者的影响力入手,分别谈及:《圣经》对英语语言的影响;《圣经》的德育功能及对学生思维的开启;大学生对《圣经》文化的掌握程度及对圣经文化普及的几点建议。希望通过圣经文化在英语课堂中的导入,英语学习者能找到开启西方文化文明的钥匙,从而提高英语学习者对英语语言的理解力和鉴赏力。
In Western society, the influence of the Bible has long exceeded the scope of religion. Its teachings have penetrated into all walks of life. This article will start with the influence of the Bible and the cultures it carries on English learners, and talk about: The Bible The influence of English language; the function of the Bible’s moral education and the opening of students’ thinking; the degree of university students’ mastery of the Bible culture and the suggestions for the spread of Biblical culture. Hope that through the introduction of biblical culture in the English classroom, English learners can find the key to open the Western cultural civilization, thereby improving English learners’ understanding and appreciation of English language.
