本研究将73例孕13~24周的中期妊娠引产病例随机分成两组,一组41例,采用宫颈腔内注入前列腺素E_2凝胶(PGE_2gel)方法引产;另一组32例,采用羊膜腔内注射PGF_(2α)引产作为对比。所选择病例排除心、肝、肾、肺部疾病,既往有剖宫史、胎儿宫内死亡者。两组病例在年龄、产次、孕周方面均有可比性。方法:PGE_2凝胶用羟丙基甲基纤维素(Hydroxipropylmethyl-Cellulose)与含0.75mgPGE_2的乙醇溶液配制而成。在无菌条件下,将外径3.3mm,长8~10cm的尼龙导管插入宫颈内口处,边注药物边抽出导管,每例每次注入PGE_2凝胶2~3 ml,含PGE_20.55mg。PGF_(2α)组采用羊膜腔内注射方法,一部分病例经阴道前穹窿穿刺给药,另一部分病例在超声波指导下经腹部穿刺注
In this study, 73 pregnant women with gestational age from 13 weeks to 24 weeks were randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases in one group, induced by PGE 2 gel injection into the cervix and 32 cases in the other group received amniotic cavity Intra-arterial injection of PGF_ (2α) induction was used as a control. Under aseptic conditions, a nylon catheter with an outer diameter of 3.3 mm and a length of 8 to 10 cm was inserted into the cervix. The catheter was withdrawn while injecting drugs. Each injection of PGE_2 gel was 2 to 3 ml and contained PGE 20.55 mg.
