技能型人才是我国目前紧缺性人才之一。技能型人才在我国经济建设和产业转型中起到了不可磨灭的作用,尤其是城市化建设。培养技能型人才和提高技能型人才的综合素质是我国实施人才强国战略的必经之路。本文分析了我国职业技能培训体系存在的问题,从高职院校培养高级技能型人才、普通技术工人与无基础人员培训三个层面来阐述职业技能培训的开展。根据学员的实际情况由不同机构实施培训课程,从而达到切实提高职业技能培训水平的目的。
Skilled talent is one of China’s current shortage of talent. Skilled talented people play an indelible role in China’s economic construction and industrial restructuring, especially urbanization. To cultivate skilled personnel and to improve the overall quality of skilled personnel is the only way for China to implement the strategy of strengthening its nation by talents. This article analyzes the existing problems of vocational skills training system in our country, and expounds the development of vocational skills training from the three aspects of training senior skilled personnel, ordinary skilled workers and non-basic personnel training in higher vocational colleges. According to the actual situation of trainees by different agencies to implement training courses, so as to achieve the purpose of effectively raising the level of vocational skills training.
