2012年7月21日晚北京发生特大暴雨,通州区部分乡镇尤其张家湾镇受灾严重。笔者于2012年7月23—28日对通州区张家湾镇54个村自备井的受灾情况和介水传染病疫情进行调查,并与2012年7月3—17日的水质进行比较。按照GB/T5750—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对水样中的11项指标进行应急检测;按照GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准小型集中式供水》进行评价,有1项指标不合格即判定该水样不合格。
On the night of July 21, 2012, an extraordinarily heavy rainstorm occurred in Beijing and some towns in Tongzhou District, especially Zhangjiawan Town, suffered a serious storm. From July 23 to 28, 2012, the author conducted a survey on the affected areas and the epidemic of water-borne infectious diseases in 54 villages in Zhangjiawan Town, Tongzhou District, and compared them with the water quality from July 3 to 17, 2012. In accordance with GB / T5750-2006 “drinking water standard test method” on the 11 indicators of water samples for emergency testing; in accordance with GB 5749-2006 “drinking water health standard small centralized water supply” for evaluation, there is an indicator Compliance is determined that the water sample failed.
