辽宁省有2400多公里的漫长(江)海岸线,水产资源丰富。全省共有渔业船舶2万余艘,为了更好地促进渔业生产的发展,维护国家的海洋权益,保护好人民生命财产的安全。辽宁省水产局自1986年组建了“辽宁省渔政通信网络”,极大地提高了渔政管理和抢险救助的工作效率。 近两年来,因为设备陈旧,转发台干扰,导致通信阻塞,对黄海北部渔政任务的正常执行影响很大,更新改造已是当务之急,确定的总体设计方案是: 黄海北部渔政通信网络为全省渔政通信网的一大组成部分,包括了大连、丹东两个大容量的中程网络。它的更新改造必须不脱离全省网络的制式和要求。即:
There are over 2,400 kilometers of long (river) coastlines in Liaoning Province, with abundant aquatic resources. The province has a total of more than 20,000 fishing vessels, in order to better promote the development of fishery production, safeguard the country’s maritime rights and interests, and protect the safety of people’s lives and property. Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Fisheries has set up Liaoning Provincial Fisheries Communication Network since 1986, greatly improving the efficiency of fishery administration and emergency rescue. In the past two years, because of the obsolete equipment and the interference of the repeater station, the communication blockages have a great impact on the normal implementation of the fishery task in the northern Yellow Sea. Updating and rebuilding is a top priority. The overall design plan is as follows: A major component of the provincial fishery communication network includes Dalian and Dandong, two large-capacity medium-range networks.
