时间:1997年7月1日上午。 地点:大连经济技术开发区海滨。 蓝天。丽日。鲜花。彩旗。鼓角。我国首次举办的’97中国海帆船拉力赛启航仪式正隆重举行。上午10时,随着大连市市长薄熙来发出的启航令,10艘大小帆船徐徐驶离风景秀丽的大连市开发区海滨,在人们欢送的鼓乐号角声和热情的祝愿中,开始了长达1997海里的漫漫航程。
