用表面强化普通钢的方法制造某些种类的工具,既能保证必需的使用性能,又是节约贵重工具钢的有效方法。同时也减少了繁重的机械加工所需的费用,因为采用了具有高塑性的低碳钢,可以用塑性变形的方法使生产效率大大提高。本文研究了用电火花加工硬质合金的方法强化45钢(制十字插头)的可能性,目的是代替工具制造中广泛应用的y8钢。
With the surface hardening of ordinary steel methods for the manufacture of certain types of tools, both to ensure the necessary performance, but also to save valuable tool steel is an effective method. At the same time it also reduces the cost of heavy machining, because of the use of high plasticity of low carbon steel, plastic deformation methods can be greatly improved production efficiency. In this paper, the possibility of strengthening 45 steel (cross plugs) by means of EDM cemented carbide has been studied in order to replace y8 steel, which is widely used in the manufacture of tools.
