钻井封孔效果直接影响到成井质量和水质。我院将石油工程的水泥固井法引用到长治地区石炭～奥陶系地层中的大口径φ800mm深井(249.91m)钻探,取得了良好的结果。水泥固井法如下图所示。下管前先将下入最下部的井管内浇注一段水泥柱塞,但柱塞要与井管底端留有一段距离。柱塞以下井管底部打几个花眼,其数量依排浆量而定。固井时先钻穿水泥柱塞,上部靠钻杆自重用法兰盘压胶封死,然后用泥浆泵把水泥浆通过钻杆压入水泥柱塞下部,由花眼挤出管
