一、学会期刊的指导思想和宗旨 指导思想是一个刊物的灵魂和政治方向。社会科学学会期刊总的指导思想应该是,坚持马列主义、毛泽东思想的指导,坚持一切从实际出发,实事求是的思想路线,坚持理论联系买际和“百花齐放,百家争鸣”的方针,贯彻党的“一个中心,两个基本点”的基本路线。 指导思想是办好各种学会期刊的共性问题,而办刊的宗旨则是解决每个刊物的个性问题。就社会科学学会期刊而言,其总的宗旨应该是:宣传马克思主义,普及社会科学知识,鼓励学术研究,培养学术理论人才,指导学会工作,繁荣社会科学,服务社会主义两个文明建设。综观目前学会期刊,根据其性质和作用的不同,大
