本文首先介绍了一下房地产过热所造成的危害,然后指出了国务院以及地方政府所实行的一系列的政策,接着用Wilcoxon检验对限购令的成败进行了实证研究,并在此基础上提出了几条建议,以更好的限制房价,更好的满足经济的健康,稳定,快速的发展。
This article first introduces the hazards caused by overheating of real estate, and then points out a series of policies implemented by the State Council and local governments.
