企业兼并是社会主义商品经济发展的客观要求,是竞争机制发挥作用的必然结果,也是深化企业改革的重要内容。为了积极稳妥地推进企业兼并工作,特制定本办法。一、本办法所称企业兼并,是指一个企业购买其他企业的产权,使其他企业失去法人资格或改变法人实体的一种行为。不通过购买方式实行的企业之间的合并,不属本办法规范。二、企业兼并的原则(1)企业兼并要以经济发展战略和产业政策为指导,使资产存量向需要发展的重点
