硝酸甘油在临床上广泛用于冠心病,心绞痛和充血性心力衰竭的治疗;但硝酸甘油耐药的出现,使其临床应用受到一定限制。目前有关硝酸酯类药物长期使用不良预后及生物活化机制方面的研究已取得了一定的进展,该文对此进行综述。
Nitroglycerin is widely used clinically for the treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and congestive heart failure. However, the emergence of nitroglycerin resistance limits its clinical application. At present, some progresses have been made in the research on the long-term use of nitrates drugs in poor prognosis and biological activation mechanism.
