目的 观察正常 SD大鼠和一例患遗传性视网膜疾病大鼠的视觉电生理学特点 .方法 按国际临床视觉电生理学会标准化方案 ,采用 REPIport系统和自制的氯化银角膜电极、不锈钢针状电极对成年雄性 SD大鼠进行视网膜电图暗适应 (ERG)、振荡电位 (OPs波 )和明适应 ERG进行观察 .结果 正常大鼠 ERG特性与人类相似 ,一只大鼠视觉电生理明显异常 ,ERG呈负波型 ,表现为暗适应 ERG b波基本消失 ,暗适应 ERG a波幅值明显降低 ,明适应 ERG a,b波幅值降低 ,峰时延长 ,OPs波幅值基本消失 .该例大鼠的视觉电生理学特点与人类先天性静止性夜盲症患者视觉电生理特点相似 ,而与视网膜色素变性病例不同 .结论 发现一例自然发生的基因突变大鼠 ,视觉电生理特点提示该鼠患有遗传性视网膜变性性疾病
Objective To observe the visual electrophysiological characteristics of normal SD rats and one case of hereditary retinal diseases.Methods According to the standard program of international clinical visual electrophysiology, using REPIport system and homemade silver chloride corneal electrode, ERG, OPs, and ERG were observed in male Sprague-Dawley rats.Results The ERG characteristics of normal rats were similar to those in humans, and the visual electrophysiology of one rat was significantly abnormal and ERG was negative Wave pattern showed dark adaptation of ERG b wave basically disappeared, dark adaptation ERG a wave amplitude was significantly reduced, light adaptation ERG a, b wave amplitude decreased peak time, the amplitude of OPs wave disappeared. The electrophysiological features of visual electrophysiology are similar to the visual electrophysiological characteristics in patients with congenital silent night blindness and are different from those of retinitis pigmentosa.Conclusion It is found that a naturally occurring gene mutation in the electrophysiological characteristics suggests that the mouse has inherited retinal degeneration Sexually transmitted diseases
