针对煤矿的安全生产,设计了一种以STM32系列单片机为核心的煤矿监控分站,具有CAN总线通信接口,采用了UCOS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统对任务优先级进行分配,集信号测控、通信、显示于一体。应用Altium Designer软件绘制硬件系统原理图,通过Keil软件对各模块进行软件调试。使用对比与传统51系列单片机,该系统的稳定性与实时性得到了明显改善,具有很高的可扩展性。
