这里是秀山,“一脚踏三省”的地方,武陵山腹地。在层层大山深处居住的群众,行路难、吃水难、上学难、看病难。他们的脱贫之路,更难。2013年初,重庆启动新一轮高山生态扶贫搬迁。这项特殊政策,针对居住在深山峡谷、高寒边远地区、生产生活极为不便、生存环境恶劣以及居住地属重要生态修复保护、地质灾害易发区农户。目的在于将他们搬迁到资源、基础设施等条件相对优越的区域,达成扶贫和保护高山生态环境的目的。
