目前在世界上只有美国在1985年2月建立了镁研究协会。此协会指出:镁能参与体内所有的能量代谢,它作用于325个酶系统,只要一种酶的生成和活性受限,便会引起代谢性疾病。镁还能促进骨形成和骨的所有生长过程,参与细胞的形成、蛋白质的合成。我科于1985~1986年共用镁治疗12例病人,其中6例风心病,3例冠心病,1例急性心梗与2例肺心病。此12例病人在用镁制剂前均用过强心甙或慢心律或乙胺碘呋酮且均无效。后改用硫酸镁2.5~0.5g,加在250ml液体中静脉滴入,每日1次,连用3~7天。12例均有程度不同的疗效。
Currently only the United States in the world established the Magnesium Research Association in February 1985. The association states: Magnesium is involved in all energy metabolism in the body. It acts on 325 enzyme systems and causes metabolic problems as long as one enzyme is generated and limited in activity. Magnesium can also promote bone formation and all the bone growth process, involved in cell formation, protein synthesis. My department in 1985 ~ 1986 shared magnesium treatment of 12 patients, including 6 cases of rheumatic heart disease, 3 cases of coronary heart disease, 1 case of acute myocardial infarction and 2 cases of pulmonary heart disease. The 12 patients before using magnesium preparations were used cardiac glycosides or slow heart rate or amiodarone and are ineffective. After the switch to magnesium sulfate 2.5 ~ 0.5g, add 250ml liquid intravenously, once daily, once every 3 to 7 days. All 12 patients had different degrees of curative effect.
