目的 探讨飞行人员泪液pH值的变化情况。方法 男性飞行人员500名,共计1000只健康无眼病眼。采用上海试剂三厂出品的精密试纸测定泪液pH值。结果 1000只眼的泪液pH值在6.4～7.5之间,均值为6.924±0.183。其中pH值7.0者645眼(占64.5％)、6.4者17眼(1.7％)、6.7者270眼(27.0％)、7.2者62眼(6.2％)、7.5者6眼(0.6％)。结论 飞行人员泪液pH值与普通正常人相比,平均值偏低(偏酸)者所占比例偏高,说明飞行人员的生理状况与普通人存在不同程度的差异。
Objective To investigate the changes of tear fluid pH value of pilots. Methods 500 male flight personnel, a total of 1000 healthy eyes without eye disease. Shanghai Reagent Factory produced using the precision of the test strip tear pH value. Results The tears of 1000 eyes had a pH between 6.4 and 7.5 with a mean of 6.924 ± 0.183. Among them, 645 eyes (64.5%) had pH7.0, 17 eyes (6.4%), 270 eyes (27.0%), 7.2 eyes (6.2%) and 7.5 eyes (0.6%). Conclusion Compared with normal subjects, the average value of dripping fluid of pilots is higher than that of normal controls, indicating that the flight crew ’s physiological status is different from that of ordinary people.
