能否建设好社会主义新农村,乡风文明建设具有举足轻重的作用,它是建设社会主义新农村的灵魂。中部欠发达地区乡风文明建设如何?这是需要回答的重要问题。本文以中部典型欠发达地区的黄冈市为例,深入阐述其乡风文明的发展现状,剖析存在问题的原因,并就乡风文明建设提出若干对策措施,为中部其他欠发达地区提供参考。
Whether or not we can build a good socialist countryside will play a decisive role in building a civilized culture. It is the soul of building a new socialist countryside. How is the construction of rural style civilization in the underdeveloped areas of central China? This is an important issue to be answered. Taking Huanggang City, a typical underdeveloped area in central China as an example, this paper elaborates the development status quo of the hometown civilization, analyzes the reasons of the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of rural style civilization so as to provide references for other underdeveloped areas in central China.
