阳春三月好风光。两个会场、1800个展位、136个楼盘,杭州历史上规模最大的一次人居展落下帷幕。这期间,透明售房网上共预订和签订购房合同 1050套(不包括余杭、萧山楼盘)。在此后的几天,透明售房网上的日成交量连续数日超过100套。对业界来说,这样的销售成绩已经是相当令人满意的了。更让他们欣喜的是,业界普遍看到了楼市回暖的希望。
