采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)方式,在45钢基体上制备了Ni60和Fe60两种涂层,采用扫描电镜、能谱对涂层进行了分析。结果表明,涂层与基体之间结合紧密,涂层组织较致密。EDS分析结果显示,涂层和基体界面处合金元素没有出现“断代”现象,说明涂层结合良好,但元素分布也没有明显的过渡现象,说明涂层中的元素还未向基体扩散,涂层与基体的结合主要以机械咬合为主。通过摩擦磨损对涂层的磨损机理进行了分析,通过SEM观察发现两种涂层都发生了粘着磨损,对比两种涂层的摩擦因数发现,Ni基涂层的摩擦因数比Fe基涂摩擦因数小,说明Ni基涂层的耐磨性比Fe基涂层好。
The coatings of Ni60 and Fe60 were prepared on 45 steel by HVOF method. The coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the coating and the matrix bonded tightly, the coating is more dense. EDS analysis showed that there is no “discontinuous ” phenomenon at the interface between the coating and the substrate, indicating that the coating is well bonded but the elemental distribution has no obvious transition phenomenon, indicating that the elements in the coating have not diffused to the matrix, The combination of coating and substrate mainly mechanical bite. The wear mechanism of the coating was analyzed by means of friction and wear. Adhesion and wear of both coatings were observed by SEM. Comparing the friction coefficient of the two coatings, it was found that the friction coefficient of Ni-based coating is higher than that of Fe-based coating Small, indicating that the wear resistance of Ni-based coating is better than the Fe-based coating.
