中国公路杂志社编委会: 值此中国公路杂志社编委会第二次工作会议召开之际,我向大会致以热烈祝贺,并向全体编委致以亲切问候。《中国公路》杂志虽然创办时间不长,但是在交通部及主办单位的领导下,在各级公路部门和编委们的支持下,经过杂志社同志们的艰苦努力,取得了很大成绩。为宣传公路建设、养护、管理方面的方针政策和典型经验,推动公路系统的双文明建设,促进公路事业的发展,起到了很好的舆论引导作用,在社会上产生了深远的影响。 “八五”以来,我国的公路发展进入了一个新时期。五年来,全国公路里程增加了十几万公里,仅1994年就增加了3.4万公里,总里程达到了111.78万公里,公路事业取得了显著成绩。但是,我们还应该看到,公路发展仍滞后于国民经济发展,而且存在较大差距。因此,今后公路仍将根据国民经济发展的需要,继续以较高的速度发展,以期到本世
Editorial Board of China Highway Magazine: On the occasion of the second working meeting of the Editorial Committee of China Highway Magazine, I warmly congratulate the Assembly and extend my cordial greetings to all the Editorial Board. Although China Highway Magazine was not established for a long time, great achievements have been made through the hard work of magazine comrades, under the leadership of the Ministry of Communications and the organizers, with the support of highway departments and editorial boards at all levels.
