8月29日,中国有色金属工业协会三届六次会长会暨专家委员会会议在北京召开。十届全国人大常委会副委员长、中国有色金属工业协会名誉会长盛华仁出席会议并作重要讲话,国务院参事、中国有色金属工业协会会长陈全训出席会议并讲话。会议由陈全训和中国有色金属工业协会常务副会长、党委副书记任旭东分别主持。盛华仁的重要讲话分三部分。一是关于当前全国经济形势;二是对有色金属行业形势与任务的一些看法;三是关于行业协会商会等社会组织的改革。他强调,做好下半年经济工作,要坚持统筹稳增长、调结构、促改革,坚持宏观政策要稳、微观政策要活、社会政策要托底,努力实现三者有机统一。他指出,发展是解决社会一切问题的关键,中国经济发展速度应该保持稳增长,是经济社会
August 29, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association six third president and expert committee meeting was held in Beijing. Vice Chairman of the 10th NPC Standing Committee and Honorary President of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Chen Quanxun, counselor of the State Council and president of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, attended the meeting and made a speech. The meeting was presided over by Chen Quanxun and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association executive vice president, deputy party secretary Ren Xudong. Sheng Huaren’s important speech is divided into three parts. One is about the current national economic situation; the other is about the situation and tasks of the non-ferrous metal industry; the third is about the reform of social organizations such as trade associations and chambers of commerce. He emphasized that in order to do a good job in the second half of economic work, we must adhere to the principle of co-ordinating and stabilizing growth, adjusting the structure and promoting reform. We must adhere to the macro-economic policies and the micro-economic policies and support social and economic policies.
