以淮南潘三矿近水平煤层下保护层开采工程为研究对象,基于瓦斯渗流、煤岩体变形的基本理论和有限元计算方法,通过模拟下保护层开采后被保护层的应力场和变形场的发展过程,确定了随着保护层工作面的推进,被保护层的应力变形和膨胀变形规律;根据应力卸压保护准则和煤体变形准则,提出了合理保护边界划定依据。研究表明,在结合地面钻井抽采的情况下,近水平煤层下保护层开采后,被保护层的理论保护范围存在扩界空间,可扩大到与下保护层等长等宽。现场试验与数值模拟结果基本吻合。
Based on the basic theory and finite element method of gas seepage, deformation of coal and rock mass, the protective layer mining project under the horizontal coal seam in Huanshan Pan3 Mine is studied. By simulating the protective layer after mining, the stress field and deformation field The development process of the protective layer determines the law of stress deformation and expansion of the protected layer as the working face of the protective layer advances. According to the stress relief principle and the deformation criterion of the coal body, the reasonable protection boundary is demarcated. The research shows that in the case of ground drilling, the theoretical protection range of the protected layer has the extended boundary space after the protective layer is mined in the near horizontal coal seam, which can be extended to the same length as the lower protective layer. Field test and numerical simulation results are basically consistent.
