金融危机背景下,钢铁企业走出景气周期,步入微利时代,核心人才已成为提高企业核心竞争力的重要因素。本文从我国钢铁企业核心人才开发现状着手,提出了开发核心人才的对策建议。
Under the background of financial crisis, when the iron and steel enterprises get out of the economic cycle and enter the era of meager profits, core talents have become an important factor for enhancing their core competitiveness. This article starts with the current situation of the core talent development of China’s iron and steel enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for developing the core talents.
