目的探讨临床药师在药物中毒救治中的工作模式。方法对1例灭鼠药中毒的患者进行用药监护,提供解救药物使用方法,积极参与个体化救治方案的制订,监测疗效与不良反应。结果临床药师可以从药物的药动学/药效学、用法用量、给药方式、治疗疗程和药物不良反应等角度作为切入点,将药学知识与临床救治有机结合,提高用药安全,保证患者得到合理救治。结论临床药师应深入参与临床治疗方案的设计与实施,协助医生制订治疗方案,在药物中毒诊治方面开展临床药学服务,体现临床药师的价值和作用。
Objective To explore the working model of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of drug poisoning. Methods One patient with poisonous rat poisoning was given medication care, the method of using rescue medication was provided, and the individualized treatment plan was actively involved in the curative effect and adverse reaction monitoring. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should be deeply involved in the design and implementation of clinical treatment programs to assist doctors in developing treatment programs and clinical pharmacy services in the diagnosis and treatment of drug poisoning, reflecting the value and role of clinical pharmacists.
