目的:分析盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2016年3月至2017年3月接诊的患有肺炎的新生儿100例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患儿给予常规抗感染、吸氧、吸痰治疗,治疗组患儿在此基础上进行盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入,3次/d,对比两组新生儿的血气分析恢复时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院天数以及治疗总有效率。结果:观察组组新生儿血气分析恢复正常时间为(3.48±1.25)d、肺部湿啰音消失时间(6.12±2.25)d、住院时间(9.45±3.21)d,治疗总有效率为95%;对照组新生儿血气分析恢复正常时间为(7.48±3.25)d、肺部湿啰音消失时间(9.12±4.29)d、住院时间(14.55±5.25)d,治疗总有效率为71.67%,两组新生儿的观察指标对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的效果显著,可帮助新生儿血气分析快速恢复正常,缓解临床症状,快速康复出院,值得推广使用。
