医院的内部控制是指医院内部为了实现经营目标而建立的程序制度或者政策,实行内部控制的主要目的是为了保证医院的可持续发展。健全和落实医院内部控制,不仅可以有效地解决医院在管理和监控方面遇到的问题,还有利于构建更加科学合理的医院内部管理组织,保证医院工作的顺利进行。本文从医院内部控制管理的重要性以及管理原则着手,对健全和落实医院内部控制的方法做了简单介绍。
The internal control of the hospital refers to the procedures or policies established within the hospital in order to achieve its business objectives. The main purpose of internal control is to ensure the sustainable development of the hospital. To improve and implement the internal control of the hospital can not only effectively solve the problems encountered by the hospital in management and monitoring, but also help to build a more scientific and rational hospital internal management organization so as to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital. This article starts with the importance of hospital internal control management and management principles, and gives a brief introduction of the methods of perfecting and implementing the hospital internal control.
